As friends gather around this fireplace and enjoy an evening of Southern hospitality, there is no obvious sign their town has been through a record-breaking drought. The water feature provides the ambiance of a natural waterfall, the striking outdoor kitchen and pergola is a focal point and provide shade in an otherwise full sun area – no rain needed. The selection of plant material accenting the patio and fireplace were chosen for their ability to thrive with minimal water. The patio area serves as a cover for the in- ground rainwater retention system that is collecting rainwater from the roof and providing irrigation to this thriving landscape.
